  • OPIC (Overseas Private Investment Corporation), was established in 1971 as an Agency of the U.S. Government.

  • Working with the U.S. private sector, OPIC has supported more than $200 billion of investments in over 4,000 projects in more than 150 countries since inception.

  • OPIC invited Pressprich into its COP (‚ÄúCertificate of Participation‚ÄĚ) program in 2010 as a placement agent.

  • Pressprich joined a small group of institutions authorized to market and place OPIC debt including J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, BNY-Mellon and Wells Fargo.

Mr. Larry Milstein, Managing Director, Fixed Income Trading

Mr. Milstein joined R.W. Pressprich on September 3, 1992 as a trader/analyst following graduation from Columbia Business School where he earned his MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma). Before joining the trading desk, Mr. Milstein spent a year building econometric models and analyzing the value of using historical patterns and expectations theory to predict movements in the yield curve. Currently, he is the head of Government and Agency Trading and is responsible for trading strategies and relative value analysis. Prior to attending Columbia University, Mr. Milstein worked as a consultant for Electromech Associates, a mechanical engineering consulting firm in California. Mr. Milstein also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from UCLA
